Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions that apply to buying from Mintaoo Store: orders, prices and SST, delivery, installation, warranty, vouchers, liability and Malaysian law.

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Mintaoo Store website and any purchase you make through it. Beyonary Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202101005453 (1405752-A)) of 95-2, Jalan BK 5A/2, Bandar Kinrara, 47180 Puchong, Selangor trades as Mintaoo Store. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Delivery addresses must be in Malaysia. We sell to households and to businesses; where you buy as a business, the consumer protections in these terms that apply only to consumers do not apply to you.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy, not a contract. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and send the order confirmation. Until then we may decline the order, and we will tell you why and refund you in full. We decline for the ordinary reasons: the item is out of stock, the price shown was clearly wrong, we cannot verify the payment, or the delivery address is somewhere we cannot reach.

3. Prices and SST

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude Sales and Service Tax. SST is added as a separate line at checkout at the prevailing rate, and your invoice shows it separately as a Malaysian tax invoice must. Delivery and installation, where they are charged, are also separate lines.

The price you pay is the price shown when your order is accepted. A price change afterwards does not affect an order already accepted, in either direction.

4. Obvious pricing errors

Occasionally a price is wrong by an amount nobody could reasonably take for a promotion. Where that happens we will contact you before dispatch, and you may either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply ship at the wrong price and we will not simply charge you more without asking.

5. Payment

We accept FPX online banking, credit and debit cards, the major Malaysian e-wallets and the instalment plans listed at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed and is processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card number.

6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery estimates are working days from the day payment clears, and they are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Where a delay is caused by something outside our control we will tell you as soon as we know and you may cancel any part that has not shipped.

7. Installation

Installation is a separate service, priced separately and carried out by our own installers or by an authorised contractor. A standard installation covers the work and materials described on the product page. Anything beyond that is quoted and agreed before the work starts.

8. Cancelling, returning and refunds

An order that has not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. After delivery, our returns and refunds policy applies, and it forms part of these terms.

9. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page, handled in Malaysia. Our warranty page sets out the detail. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

10. Vouchers and promotions

One voucher per order unless the voucher itself says otherwise. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be sold, and expire on the date stated. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, which does not affect an order already accepted under it. A voucher obtained by abusing a promotion may be cancelled.

11. Product information and availability

We take care over specifications, images and descriptions, and manufacturers change both without telling us. Where a difference matters to your decision, the manufacturer's own current specification governs, and if a product turns out not to be as described you may return it under our returns policy. Product images are illustrative and colours vary between screens.

Listing a product is not a promise that it is in stock at that moment.

12. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens through your account. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or abusively.

13. Reviews and questions you post

Anything you post must be your own honest experience and must not be unlawful, defamatory or somebody else's material. We moderate before publishing and may decline or remove a post. By posting you allow us to display it on the site.

14. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

15. Events outside our control

We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, including flooding, fire, a national emergency, industrial action, or the failure of a carrier or utility. We will tell you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected part of the order.

16. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy notice and our notice under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was accepted, and the date this page was last updated is shown at the top of it.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
